Traffic Tickets

For most people, their only contact with the courts is in a Small Claims Court (presided over by Magisterial District Justices), which handles traffic tickets, speeding tickets and smaller offenses. Police officers know the procedures before the Magisterial District Justices, and you should know your rights and options before going to court. Dan Siegel is familiar with the rules and procedures for handling traffic tickets in Small Claims Courts, and will work with you on your case. Dan can also help with your DUI case.

If you are involved in a Small Claims Court case, you should be sure to hire an attorney who knows how to handle it. If you, a family member, or a friend needs a lawyer, you should contact Dan Siegel at (610) 446-3457.
