Real Estate -- Buying or Selling A Home or Condominium

Dan Siegel understands how important buying or selling your home or condominium is. That is why for over 21 years Dan has helped everyone from first time buyers to sophisticated investors buy and sell homes and condos. Dan will provide advice about the Agreement of Sale and all of the other documents you need to sign and review. In addition, he will go with you to closing and explain everything.

Dan has also represented condominium developers, as well as homeowner and condominium association, providing legal advice and representation.

Generally, Dan charges a flat fee for handling real estate closings, which can frequently be paid at the closing.
