All contingent fee case clients receive a free 30 minute in-office initial consultation.* For other matters, there may be a nominal fee for the initial consultation.

Fees vary based upon the type of case you have. In many cases, Dan Siegel charges a flat (one-time) fee for his services. In other matters, Dan works on a contingent fee in which the client pays no fees or costs unless Dan recovers money for the client. In some cases, Dan charges a reasonable hourly rate, plus costs.
