Dan Siegel has served as a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Professional Guidance Committee and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility for more than 20 years. As a result, Dan is extremely familiar with the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct and provides guidance opinions to attorneys throughout Pennsylvania.

In his ethics practice, Dan Siegel provides representation, as well as confidential guidance, consultations and opinions for attorneys and law firms. He can also represent clients before the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Client Security Fund, Judicial Conduct Board or Board of Law Examiners.
