Attorney Molly Barker Gilligan

Molly Barker Gilligan, Esquire joined our office in April 2008 after working for Regional Housing Legal Services in Glenside. Ms. Gilligan is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law and the University of Maine. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maine.

Ms. Gilligan handles a wide range of cases, including Social Security Disability, workers' compensation, general civil litigation, estate planning, and other areas of law. She is a critical part of the firm's practice working with other attorneys on trial preparation and appeals. She prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to work closely with clients.

Clients consistently compliment Ms. Gilligan on her genial personality, and recognize the devotion she brings to every matter. In addition, Ms. Gilligan works with Integrated Technology Services, LLC in its implementation of legal technology for law firms.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Gilligan worked for the State of Connecticut as a legislative aide, and she brings a practical real-world to all the matters she handles.
